RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- We gladly accept cancellations within 3 hours of purchase.
- We do not accept returns or refunds if you change your mind after the item has been shipped.
- We don't accept returns or exchanges -- unless you have received an item that is damaged.
- If you have any concerns or if there is any problem with your order, please contact us and we can come to an agreement on a case by case situation.

SHIPPING
- SHIPPING POLICIES: Please double-check shipping addresses before payment. We are not responsible if the address you provide upon ordering is incorrect and do not refund if this is the case, so please make sure it is correct. If you have made an error, please contact us immediately! If paying with Paypal - paypal addresses may override addresses provided in the original order.
We ship within 1-2 business days after processing the order. - SHIPPING - DOMESTIC (CANADA): At this time, we only ship to Canada and the United States. Any shipments to the United States will be considered an "international" shipment.
Domestic shipping estimated time is one (1) week. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments as necessary.
All domestic shipments will be sent and delivered through Canada Post (subject to change).
Sales tax is charged on shipping according to the province/ territory to which the item is shipped.
- SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL: At this time, we only ship to Canada and the United States. Any shipments to Canada will be considered a "domestic" shipment.
International shipping estimated time is two to three (2-3) weeks. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments as necessary.
The customs form will be marked with the cost of the item upon purchase. All internationally-shipped items will always be declared in truth of it's value.
All US & international items are shipped through a third-party courier and may incur additional shipping charges and/ or COD fees. Please be aware that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Packages to USA/Canada include tracking. International parcels may include partial or full tracking depending on recipient country. We do not take responsibility for tracking your item(s).
